NEW 300 TON PRESS

This new 300 ton stamping press now allows Pyramid Mouldings to offer more capabilities to our customers .Along with other presses it gives us the ability to offer complete turnkey engineering support, tool procurement and high quality parts. The new press offers coil fed high speed stamping capabilities utilizing robust straight side presses at both 150 ton and 300 ton capacities The complete coil fed press stamping lines to handle customers part manufacturing needs by means of the quality ,fast and efficient progressive stamping die process.

1. Pyramid now offers coil fed high speed stamping capabilities utilizing robust straight side presses at both 150 ton and 300 ton capacities.

2. Complete coil fed press stamping lines to handle your part manufacturing needs by means of the quality ,fast and efficient progressive stamping die process. Stamping press line system includes ; Coil pay-off reel , coil straightener , servo controlled coil feeder , stamping press with latest controls including die protection electronics.

3. The 300 ton stamping press can handle even your largest parts requiring up to a 31” coil width and progressive dies up to 96” long x 54” wide.

4. The 300 ton press can produce parts at speeds up to 40 strokes per minute. And then the fact we offer complete turnkey engineering support , tool procurement , etc. , etc…
